Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY


As a member of Pfizer Global Supply organization, the individual will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain Planning process of assigned products partnering with the key stakeholders – commercial organization, tollers, manufacturing sites, and distribution center. This role will also be responsible for supporting new product launch activities for Project Future by providing support to enabling functions including Finance, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Business Development.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


• Follow through on Supplier Service Agreements for aspects relating to Supply Chain Planning.


• Maintain fulfilment of market demand to ensure no stock outs for private market & on time in full delivery for tender/direct orders & institutional sales.


• Develop and update a rolling 24 month master schedule based on demand forecasts, available capacity, and inventory policies and communicate to assigned suppliers.


• Ensure implementation/review of stock modelling.


• Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.


• Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (performance matrix, inventory plan vs. targets). Ensure all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to customer service and inventory are met or exceeded.


• Monitor ELC (European Logistic Center) stock, aiming minimum inventory as per stock model, fast cross docking for direct orders according to product category.


• Maintain DRP (distribution requirements plans), MPS (master production schedules) & MRP (material requirements plans) data accuracy for assigned products (i.e. item creation, BOM-bill of materials setup, planning parameters, phase-in/phase-out, etc.).


• Maintain transactions in local/global Supply Chain systems.


• Coordinate supplier production plans with delivery requirements, issue tolling orders according to commercial and operational lead time.


• Ensure timely availability of materials to support the production campaigns with tolling partners.


• Coordinate shipments to ensure availability of finished products to meet customer orders and to expedite materials.


• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.


• Ensure that planning related SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are available and effective.


• Managing of Pfizer KAEC material warehouse operations.


• Create & update the required procedures and conduct training for the concerned colleagues.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or operations management.


• Experience is Supply Chain applications (supply planning, forecasting, MRP, etc).


• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or other applicable fields of study.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work, goals and tasks in accordance with organization objectives, comfort using multiple systems.


• Ability to work independently and in teams.


• Proven problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in English.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


• CPIM: Certified Production & inventory management.


• CGBSS: Certified Green Belt six sigma.


• CSCP: Certified Supply Chain Professional.
