Job Summary:
As a contracted resource, the primary role of SRCC Planner is to define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical skills, assist in preparing the strategic plans for the Command & Control business, He will support and assist the operations teams to achieve operations objectives and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities as mentioned in the 'assignment instructions', as well as he will Review & analysis manpower needs based on the business growth, develop and implement training procedures and strategies for the staff. He will also produce yearly shift schedules, Plan, and track yearly goals and will do Costing for Command & Control Material and Services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the strategic plans for the business.
- Assisting sales team in bid / no bid exercise.
- Review & analysis manpower needs.
- Develop training & development plans for the Command & Control Staff such as the Training of local groups in the preparation of long-term plans.
- Liaise training packages with international or domestic vendors.
- Recommend improvements to existing or planned processes.
- Define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical skills.
- Review HR progress and provide recommendations.
- Develop and implement training procedures and strategies for radiological protection, detection, and decontamination.
- Supervise QA&CR processes.
- Plan and track yearly goals.
- Produce yearly shift schedules.
- Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly schedules and meetings.
- Prepare travel plans.
- Creating Compliance Statements based on client requirements.
- Costing for Command & Control Material and Services.
- Maintain databases of logistics information.
Education, Certifications and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 3–5 Years of work experience in security field.
Required Skills: - Understanding of law related to private security industry in KSA.
- Fluent in English.
- Clean criminal background for five years.
- Multi stake holder’s engagement and communication.
- Ability to adapt to 24/7 nature of logistics industry.
- Efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines, and achieving results.
