Job Description

  • As the point of contact between stakeholders, you will regularly update clients, senior management, and other relevant parties on project status, budgetary updates, and any necessary modifications to the initial plan.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to create detailed project plans and schedules, efficiently allocating tasks and responsibilities among team members.
  • Your oversight of quality control measures will be instrumental in upholding industry standards and regulations in all construction activities without exception.
  • Your responsibility will entail consistent monitoring and control of construction progress to swiftly identify and tackle any issues, ultimately enhancing project efficiency.
  • Maintain efficient project documentation management, handling contracts, permits, and change orders meticulously to establish a comprehensive and orderly record of the construction process.
  • As an expert in quality control, you will ensure that all construction activities strictly comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities are a must, enabling the candidate to manage and collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders from start to finish.

Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in construction Oil & Gas project management.
  • We require strong leadership and communication abilities in order to efficiently oversee construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders at every stage of the project.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices is essential to maintain compliance with local and national guidelines.
  • Successful candidates will have a track record of problem-solving and making crucial decisions under pressure, accompanied by exceptional organizational and time management proficiencies to tackle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects on schedule, within budget, and adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety is a key requirement for this role.
