Job Description
- Assess the needed tools, chemicals or other solutions using specific amounts and dosages.
- Inspect client premises and report sightings along with pest infestations levels.
- Identify the type of pest by inspecting their nests, droppings or other factors.
- Identify the root cause of the problem along with all infestations’ conducive condition.
- Follow instructions given by Operations Officers or FQA department.
- Install pest control devices such as baits, traps. Spray, fog and apply dust chemical solutions, gases, and powders when deemed necessary.
- Provide outstanding pest control services during treatment visits while adopting professional vocabulary and proper communication with clients.
- Install pest control signs when deemed necessary.
- Collect samples of newly encountered pest traces for identification and laboratory analysis.
- Leave clients’ premises clean and without any damage after treatment completion.
- Preserve Boecker® Image (uniform, tools, equipment, pesticides, driving habits, professional, polite
and responsible behavior).
- Perform routine inspection and necessary preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tools,
equipment and vehicles. Report defects and repairs to concerned stakeholders.
- Perform all tasks in conformance with Boecker® safety and security standards.
- Ensure the tools, equipment, materials and products are safely placed in vehicles.
- Clean equipment and tools on daily basis at the end of the shift.
- Perform any other assigned tasks specially supporting and replacing other technicians.
- Maintain and protect all company’s property in excellent condition such as vehicles and other
assigned assets (cell phones, handheld devices, etc.).
- Keep detailed records of visits and actions taken by filling all requested forms and reports.
- Report findings and problems encountered on clients’ premises accurately to concerned stakeholder.
