Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with a minimum of four years of experience to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Manager. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Calendar and Travel Management:
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the executive.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Task and Project Management:
- Assist with planning and execution of personal and professional projects.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Personal Assistance:
- Handle personal errands, tasks, and purchases on behalf of the employer.
- Ensure the employer’s preferences and needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, representing the employer positively.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks.
