Job Description
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to personal and professional affairs.
Perform personal errands and tasks, including managing appointments and organizing personal matters as required.
Track and manage expenses, budgets, and reimbursements.
Liaise with internal and external contacts, clients, and vendors.
Assist with projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Run various ad-hoc errands and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Presentable and well-mannered demeanor.
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and tasks.
Availability for business travel.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
