Job Description

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up.

  • Run various ad-hoc errands and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Presentable and well-mannered demeanor.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and tasks.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
