We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by managing and optimizing our Marketing performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to optimize campaign performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will oversee the CRM program to ensure effective customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, and social media
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to continuously improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign targeting and messaging
- Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing campaigns
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer journey and enhance the customer experience
