About the job Performance Marketing Executive
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive for a leading digital agency in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok, specifically in promoting gaming apps. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and TikTok Ads to promote gaming apps
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, target audiences, and strategies to boost app downloads and user engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, including video content and display ads
- Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance ad performance and budget utilization
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools to ensure cutting-edge strategies
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum impact and reach
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi national
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with gaming apps
- Proven track record of managing Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok ads
- Strong understanding of PPC campaigns, app marketing, and user acquisition strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics) to measure and report on campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Creative thinking and a passion for gaming and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads are a plus
- Experience working within a digital agency environment
