Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Performance Manager
• Experienced in performance management principles & practices
• Proficiency in utilizing different HR & performance management software’s or systems
• Strong project management, organizational management, & communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor degree in Science, IT, or any related field
