We are seeking an experienced Performance Management & Strategy Consultant/Manager with 5-15 years of experience, and with previous experience working in a management consulting firm. This role will focus on driving the alignment of operational activities with strategic objectives, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering insights to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing large-scale initiatives and engaging with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Oversee Performance Management Frameworks: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems to align with strategic objectives.
- Manage Strategic Planning Processes: Support the development and execution of strategic plans by coordinating with key stakeholders across departments.
- KPI Design and Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to monitor business and operational performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and Report Performance Insights: Provide regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Align Teams with Strategic Objectives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure individual, departmental, and organizational goals are synchronized with strategy.
- Lead Change Management Initiatives: Manage change programs related to strategy and performance initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Benchmark and Integrate Best Practices: Research and incorporate best practices into performance management frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage Governance and Compliance: Ensure all performance and strategic initiatives align with governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance.
- Train and Mentor Teams: Provide coaching and development support to managers and staff on performance management tools and methodologies.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5-15 years of experience in performance management and strategy management, with previous experience working in a management consulting firm.
- Certifications: PMP, CMC, Balanced Scorecard, or related certifications (preferred).
