1- Participate in the development of an employee performance framework design to ensure the continuous of improvement in the process.
2- Participate in the execution of performance activities and provide awareness session.
3- Establish performance management system, policy, and procedures .
4- Collect and analyze performance data across departments
5- Assist in providing accurate reports
6- Participate in designing and update policies and procedures related to performance management systems
7- Collaborate with department managers in order to write SMART Objectives
