Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for
·        Operate all documentation related to employee contract activation/ renewal to ensure requirements of related authorities are met
·        Operate all tasks related to employees end of service
·        Operate employees’ contracts and liaise with Legal function
·        Ensure validity and accuracy of legal content
·        Ensure STA employees are insured with appropriate healthcare coverage, and administer enrollments, changes and terminations
·        Support and guide managers to manage employees in a fair and effective manner
·        Review all people practices and ensure they are legally compliant
·        Keep abreast with the latest laws and regulations concerning employees, such as labour laws
·        Perform any other activities as and when required
You will need
 ·      Recommended 0-1 year of experience in relevant field
·      A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or equivalent is preferred
