job brief:

Compliance in the company. as a People & Culture Supervisor is responsible
for helping in managing all facets of the People & Culture function. This
includes recruitment, training, coaching, compensation & benefits, health
& safety, and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a
positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.
responsibilities:
- hires qualified
candidates, conducts interviews and recruits qualified team members
- assists managers with
staff requirements.
- creates and maintains positive, productive work environment
through conducting human resources and professional development activities
- assists in building
compensations systems
- arranges training
sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- identifies and addresses
employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career
growth.
- performs various
administrative tasks and accurately processes paperwork.
- maintains employee
records, schedules, and time sheets
- educates team members on P&C
policies, practices, and procedures
Requirements- relevant experience in a similar position
for at least 3-4 years
- previous experience working in the luxury
hospitality industry brand is preferred
- excellent verbal, writing, listening and
presentation skills
- self-motivated and creative problem-solver
- ability to work both autonomously and in
a team setting
