Engagement, policy and procedure development, and compliance in the company. as
a People & Culture Specialist is responsible for helping in managing all
facets of the People & Culture function. This includes recruitment,
training, coaching, compensation, benefits, health, safety, and performance
management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee
culture and policy compliance.
responsibilities:
- work on talent acquisition and
recruitment processes
- conduct employee onboarding and help
organize training & development initiatives
- provide support to employees in various People
& Culture-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any
issues that may arise
- assist in the development and
implementation of People & Culture policies
- undertake tasks around performance
management
- organize quarterly and annual employee
performance evaluations
- maintain employee files and records in
electronic and paper form
- enhance job satisfaction by resolving
issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team
building activities
- ensure compliance with labor regulations
- administer compensation and benefit plans
Requirements- relevant experience in
a similar position for at least 1-3 years
- previous experience
working in the luxury hospitality industry OR with a luxury lifestyle brands is
preferred
- excellent verbal,
writing, listening and presentation skills
- self-motivated and
creative problem-solver
- ability to work both
autonomously and in a team setting
