At Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our HR team. In this role, you will oversee the payroll process, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You will manage payroll operations, supervise payroll staff, and collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll processing and reporting.As a key member of our organization, the Payroll Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining employee satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment through effective payroll management. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing top-quality diagnostic health services and improving the well-being of our patients.ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Supervise and process the company’s payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Review and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments before finalizing payroll. Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the payroll system. Attendance and Shift Management: Oversee the monitoring and tracking of employee attendance, shift schedules, and overtime. Ensure attendance and shifts are properly recorded in the system for payroll processing. Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance or shift schedules in coordination with department heads. End-of-Service Settlements: Process end-of-service settlements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Calculate final dues, including accrued leaves, gratuity, and other benefits for departing employees. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and accurate processing of employee offboarding. Vacation and Leave Management: Manage and maintain records of employee vacations, sick leaves, and other types of leave. Ensure that leave balances are correctly recorded and deducted from the system during payroll processing. Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve any discrepancies in leave records. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure payroll operations comply with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, auditors, and government authorities as required. Keep up to date with payroll regulations and changes in employment laws to ensure continuous compliance. Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, attendance, and leaves. Provide assistance to employees with payroll discrepancies or concerns. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the HR team to manage employee data and records. Collaborate with department managers to ensure accuracy in shift planning and employee attendance tracking.
