Job Description
Lead our payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of payroll expenses. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and methodical skills, along with experience in payroll administration and a comprehensive understanding of payroll regulations. Integrity, teamwork, and strong organizational abilities are also highly valued. The primary objective will be to maintain compliant, efficient, and up-to-date payroll procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a Saudi National
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant laws.
- Excellent grasp of multi-location payroll management.
- Proficiency in payroll software/ HRIS, with SAP expertise preferred, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and strong mathematical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective organizational and leadership capabilities.
