Job Description

  • You will maintain and update employee records, including tax information, direct deposit details, and benefit deductions, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise during payroll processing.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will contribute to the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, and provide comprehensive assistance in resolving any queries or concerns related to payroll from employees.
  • Accurately and promptly managing employee remuneration, encompassing wages, stipends, additional payments, and necessary deductions, while adhering to company protocols and legal requirements, stands as a key responsibility for the Payroll Officer.
  • Engaging in close collaboration with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will play an instrumental role in introducing and maintaining payroll-related policies and procedures, and providing extensive support in resolving payroll-related queries and concerns raised by employees.

  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of various payroll processes, including data entry, calculation of wages, and tax deductions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering seamless teamwork with peers, HR staff, and external partners to handle employee queries, rectify payment discrepancies, and offer guidance on payroll issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude, enabling seamless cooperation with coworkers, HR professionals, and external associates to manage employee concerns, rectify payment disparities, and offer advice on payroll affairs.
  • Unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail, guaranteeing the thorough processing, comprehensive review, and accurate reporting of all payroll data, in strict compliance with company guidelines and regulatory stipulations.
