Job Description

  • Collaborating with the HR department, you will assist in the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, and provide support in resolving payroll-related queries and concerns from employees.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will contribute to the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, and provide comprehensive assistance in resolving any queries or concerns related to payroll from employees.
  • Producing diverse payroll reports, including tax filings, wage statements, and labor cost analyses, to facilitate the financial reporting and auditing processes of the organization, forms an added requirement for the Payroll Officer.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payments, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and withholdings, the Payroll Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal mandates.
