In this role, you will operate and execute Partnerships Development activities to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and contribute to the delivery of short—and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
· Manage the strategic plan to identify the opportunities to add value to the tourist value chain with government entities.
· Develop and sustain solid, trustworthy relationships with a portfolio of major stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
· Responsible for the development, prioritization, activation, and management of relationships between STA and government entities.
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key stakeholders' needs and requirements.
· Act as the main point of contact between key stakeholders and internal teams.
· Address and resolve any issues and problems faced by stakeholders and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
· Supervise the teams assigned to each key stakeholder.
· Oversee reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
· Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from STA
· Define the high-level strategy for potential partnerships and the overall goals for each partnership.
· Continuously refine the strategy to be detailed for new partnerships to be created.
· Support peers across the organization when needed to perform their duties.
· Perform any other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, master’s degree is a plus.
· KPI Professional & PMP certificate is preferred
· Not less than 6 years of experience in related field
