Job Description

A leading company in Riyadh is seeking to hire a specialized Sales Representative to work in the field of projects, building materials, and paints.


  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  • Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

Skills

  • Experience in Paints and Construction Chemical Materials and Products
  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
