The PAH Senior Therapy Area Partner represents a unique opportunity to make a difference for patients. He/she will be responsible for managing key accounts and customers in KSA, driving and executing tailored strategies for our exciting new launch product in PAH in collaboration with the CFT, and for achieving financial, strategic and execution objectives. He/she will foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders to implement the strategy and will also provide critical customer insight and a coordinated approach to effectively drive the implementation of field- based activities according to the business and account plans.


Description:


The PAH Senior Therapy Area Partner will be responsible for the following activities:


  • Engage in balanced product discussions with HCPs to align customer and business needs in accordance with brand strategy;
  • Identify and communicate with relevant customers to ensure external stakeholders' full scientific understanding and differentiation and positioning of our product. These include Key Opinion Leaders, Key decision-making authorities in the PAH Centers and other members of the appropriate Multi-Disciplinary Team who are influential in the use of our company products to maximize adoption in the territory;
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and KSLs, through individual visits, Product meetings, promotional lectures and participation in congresses and educational events;
  • Understand the purchasing process within the accounts, formulary inclusion process and support the market access team to help brand access in the accounts;
  • Identify drivers and barriers across the Kingdom and pro-actively share relevant stakeholders feedback and insights with the CFT to ensure an optimal understanding of the market and to drive strategic decisions and tactics;
  • Develop and execute tailored account management/action plan (according to i.e. customer needs, challenges and opportunities). Identify opportunities in every account and optimize current patient and stakeholders' pathways to improve treatment rates by aligning and collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate activities in the territory and manage allocated sales sponsorship budget;
  • Regularly monitor business performance against objectives to ensure targets are reached;
  • Supports and liaises key strategic projects implementation in alignment with the cross functional team;
  • Complete and submit all assigned reports in an accurate manner and as per schedule date;
  • Writes his/her EDP with guidance and agreement of the Manager, who assesses it quarterly for progress;
  • Ensure that all relevant company policies, business practices, local Laws and regulations, and compliance guidelines are being followed ensuring high compliance and ethics standards. Ensure highest level of integrity in the territory.

  • English proficient;

Experience Required :


  • Degree B.A in relevant field (Pharma, Business)
  • Minimum pharmaceutical 3 years’ experience in in sales and/or account management is required
  • Saudi Nationality is required, as per law
  • Experience with Pulmonologists / Rheumatologist / Cardiologists is a plus
  • Experience in PAH is a plus
  • Experience in new product launches in KSA is a plus
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus
