Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, and other paediatric cardiac conditions.
Perform a wide range of paediatric cardiac procedures, including catheterizations and surgeries.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex paediatric cardiac cases.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
Clinical Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of paediatric cardiology.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in paediatric cardiology technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in Paediatric Cardiology
Significant clinical experience in paediatric cardiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in paediatric cardiology
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
