Job Description
- Maintain knowledge of Micros POS system including setup & maintenance
- Driving Customer Service Standards
- Able to evaluate reports in order to execute store action plans
- Demonstrates operational agility based on the needs of the business
- Achieve company goals for processes and programs
- Develops daily/weekly/monthly action plans to ensure all Company standards are met
- Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, and execution of visual standards
- Supervise and oversee the store shipping & receiving function
- Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the stock room and product flow
- Maintain company standards and guidelines around product flow process and shipping & receiving procedures
Qualifications
- Ensure accurate receipt & delivery of product into and out of the store
- Perform all required cash register procedures
- Oversee and authorize cash register transactions made by sales associates and provide assistance/training with cash register transactions as needed
- Work with distribution center, customer service and accounting when necessary
- Participate in setting and ensuring achievement of objectives in key measures
- Act as a member of the hotel’s internal committees, Social Committee
