Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Salesman to manage client relationships, generate leads, and close sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify customer needs in the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our printing services and products to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance against targets.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to better serve customers.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of printing processes is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
