Outbound Support Specialist

The Outbound Support Specialist aims to provide comprehensive support to customers, including receiving devices from the warehouse, delivering and installing them at customer sites, and ensuring that systems are functioning correctly. The role requires strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
+ Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
+ Previous experience in support or device delivery and installation.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
+ Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems or similar software.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
+ One to two years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
+ Valid driver’s license.
Work Environment
+ This role requires frequent travel between customer locations and working in a warehouse environment. Some office work may also be required for reporting purposes.
