Team Leadership & Management:
● Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor SDRs to maximize their performance and potential.
● Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
● Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
● Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve SDR skills and techniques.
● Monitor and manage team performance against key metrics (e.g., qualified leads, appointments set, conversion rates).
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
● Develop and optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
● Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and campaign effectiveness.
● Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in lead generation and conversion.
● Ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
● Manage and maintain the SDR team's sales pipeline.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
● Identify and implement best practices for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
● Develop and refine sales scripts, email templates, and other sales enablement materials.
● Continuously evaluate and improve SDR workflows and processes.
● Collaborate with sales operations to insure proper tool usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on sales strategy.
● Provide regular updates to sales leadership on team performance and pipeline status.
● Participate in sales and marketing meetings to contribute to overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales development or a related sales role, with a track
record of exceeding targets.
● Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly
preferred.
● Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
● Data-driven and analytical mindset.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
