Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including fractures, joint replacements, sports injuries, and spinal conditions.
- Perform a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements, and spinal surgeries.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex orthopaedic cases.
- Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of orthopaedic surgery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Significant clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
- Desirable:
- Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine)
- Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
- A passion for teaching and research
