We are hiring for an Organization Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our organizational effectiveness and supporting employee growth and development.
As an Organization Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and facilitating effective onboarding programs, overseeing performance management processes, and identifying training and development needs. You will collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Design and implement effective onboarding programs to help new hires acclimate to the company culture and their roles.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on setting performance goals, and ensure constructive feedback mechanisms are in place.
- Employee Development: Identify training and development needs, create training programs, and support career progression initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
- Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Retention Strategies: Analyze turnover data and develop initiatives to retain top talent, including career development opportunities and recognition programs.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all talent management practices comply with relevant laws and regulations while staying updated on industry best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with management to align talent management strategies with business goals and address workforce challenges.
Skills
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., OD certification SHRM,CIPD) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or related fields, with a proven track record in designing and implementing talent management initiatives.
Knowledge of Best Practices: Strong understanding of organizational development theories, practices, and methodologies, as well as current trends in employee engagement and retention.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
