Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective 


Coordinate and support the day to day operations of OD team such as assist organizational charts, workforce planning and process reengineering to improve the structural efficiency and effectiveness of HMG.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities  


  • Assist and support the organizational structure design; redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives.
  • Prepare a step-by-step plan to change the organization’s structure and an accurate current or proposed organogram or organizational charts.
  • Participate and assist in the job evaluation and position classification exercise.
  • Prepare current HR processes and coordinate the process of HR Optimization and HR Process Re-engineering processes to improve the efficiency of the current HR processes.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts across HMG in order to action specific organizational effectiveness plans and ensure that there is consistency and cohesion between diverse work streams.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of workforce planning activities.
  • Identify critical and key positions and assist in the succession planning activities.
  • Prepare a wide range of comprehensive workforce reports incorporating the analysis of trends and issues and the benchmarking of results against better practice targets.
  • Prepare Annual Workforce Plan for existing and future HMG project.
  • Assist in developing employee career development and retention plans.
  • Draw up plans to match supply to demand and satisfy requirements, ensuring that talent pools are developed in advance of requirements and needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of headcount requirements and work with Finance team to ensure that requirements are factored in to budgets and finance forecasts.
  • Ensure data accuracy by working closely with the Oracle HRIS team and functional user.
  • Support the OD team in day to day operations.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification


Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably Master’s Degree/ Human Resource, Business Administration, Organizational Development.


Experience


One (1) year of experience in developing structures, job roles, workflows and processes.
