1- Participate in the workforce planning through collecting and analyzing data.
2- Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions.
3- Review the yearly merit increase, promotion increase, bonuses.
4- Design HCM policies and procedure related to Talent Acquisition, learning and development, performance management and rewards and benefits.
5- Participate in designing the organizational structure and suggest enhancements to the design.
6- Participate in building and designing competency framework.
7- Create new jobs and new organizational units in the organizational structure based on the future work needs and requirements of the center.
8- Define the tasks of newly established organizational units.
9- Assist in providing accurate reports
