Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing application systems using Oracle, including at least 3 years with Oracle 10g.
System Analysis and Design: At least 3 years of experience in analyzing and designing systems using CASE tools.
Web-Enabled Applications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing and designing web-enabled applications.
Java and JDeveloper Proficiency: Experience in Java and JDeveloper, particularly for at least 3 programmers within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle application development.
Strong skills in system analysis and design, with proficiency in CASE tools.
Proven experience in developing web-enabled applications.
Proficiency in Java programming and experience with JDeveloper.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
