Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM HCM Extracts Webservices SOAP Oracle BI Publisher REST Web Services and PL/SQL. Additionally experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM is mandatory. This role involves developing and maintaining complex systems that drive our business forward ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex systems using Oracle Cloud HCM to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Oversee the creation and management of HCM Extracts to support various business processes. Provide expertise in Webservices SOAP to facilitate smooth communication between different systems. Utilize Oracle BI Publisher to generate comprehensive reports that aid in decision-making. Implement REST Web Services to enhance system interoperability and efficiency. Apply PL/SQL skills to develop robust database solutions that support business operations. Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure systems meet financial reporting requirements. Work with Devices / SPM domain to integrate and optimize system performance. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues to minimize downtime. Lead the development of technical documentation to support system maintenance and upgrades. Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain complex systems. Have a strong background in HCM Extracts showcasing the ability to support various business processes. Demonstrate expertise in Webservices SOAP ensuring smooth communication between systems. Utilize Oracle BI Publisher effectively to generate comprehensive reports. Implement REST Web Services to enhance system interoperability. Apply advanced PL/SQL skills to develop robust database solutions. Collaborate effectively with Finance & Accounting teams to meet financial reporting requirements. Work proficiently within the Devices / SPM domain to optimize system performance.
