Oracle Forms & APEX Developer
Job Description
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform data analysis and database design, including creating and modifying database structures, relationships, and constraints. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Create PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and packages to support application development. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and performance. Provide post-deployment support, including issue resolution and performance monitoring. Work closely with end-users to provide technical support and training as needed.
Personal Skills
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certification is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX development.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with Oracle Database.
• Experience in PL/SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Oracle Forms & Reports development.
• Oracle APEX development.
• PL/SQL programming.
• Oracle Database design and management.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
