In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle solutions that align with our clients' business strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and architect robust solutions using Oracle technologies, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Responsibilities: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Oracle-based solutions tailored to meet client requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct assessments of existing Oracle environments and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and enforce best practices in Oracle architecture and delivery methodologies. Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through deployment, including risk assessment and management. Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
