Analysis, Design, developing, configuring and support various SSO and Access solutions.
Define Roles & responsibility for the SSO and Access management platforms.
Define policies, procedures, standards and service specification for SSO & Access services to be well-defined development/configuration standards.
Working in scalability and performance planning for future SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT needs
Review and adjust existing SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, re-certifications, etc..) to ensure that they are aligned with industry best practices
Defines identify & Access problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
Monitoring SSO & access solutions, transactions, and make sure nothing abnormal or impacting end users.
Administer, operate, manage, execute and govern the SSO & Access Management process and tools for Access, Recertification and Role Management in a global environment.
Ensure the SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT service remains compliant and secure, access request is controlled.
Deliver support during audits, including delivering requested evidence related to SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT related activities and their recertification.
Ensure availability, operation, administration and maintenance of the Recertification and Role Management tools, process, supporting infrastructure and compliance controls.
Analyze, design, implement and plan maintenance activities for SSO and Access Management changes as requested by the service owners.
Drive continuous service improvement in the SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT services including communication to stakeholders.
Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Bentley Information Security requirements.
Participates in the enhancement process for the SSO & Access Management program.
Program design review working directly with customers and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT platform.
Develops strategic road maps for the SSO & Access Management systems and program.
Develops enterprise wide standards for SSO, identity and access management.
Working with the team in creating and maintaining the architecture for SSO AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT systems.
Reviews and approves documentation prior to releasing it to auditors.
Define, design, and implement complex services using JDeveloper, XML, Java, SOAP, REST and other protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Unit testing and performance testing for developed solutions.
Introduce new solution, enhancement and technologies for current SSO & access platform.
Implement logging, auditing, and user notification features within all standards and custom components.
Monitor existing SSO and access processes and services using the OEM interface, adept at drilling down to the point of failure and investigating specific issues independently.
Effectively communicate projects status information, design discussions and issues with project team comprised of resources from IT, Consultants and End Users.
Coordinate with other application leads for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence
Keep apprised of developments in the industry through educational and other information resources to determine opportunities for applying technology to business activities.
Effectively work with vendors and external partner support services to obtain solutions and/or workarounds that are acceptable to business operations.
