Job Description
Require willingness and ability to undertake specified tasks as directed. Perform different tasks, process routine documents and maintain day to day activities.. Performs routine assignments based on existing policies and procedures of the function. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Participate in reviewing performance results and provide recommendations in for continuous improvement. Help in the implementation of Operations department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Work closely with Operations support team to provide analysis reports (KPIs) in collaboration with the site and regional managers. Assist in conducting studies to ensure quality in performance to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
