1. Plan, develop and implement strategy for training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of training.
2. Liaise with RSAF fellow instructors to ensure training objectives and purposes are achieved through curriculum development process.
3. Evaluate the deficiencies of training programs and provide solutions for improvement.
4. Developing testing and evaluation processes.
5. Confer with Commander and conduct surveys to identify training needs.
6. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
7. Develop, implement and manage Weapons School curriculum infrastructure and configuration management system.
8. Ensure/ perform reviews, revisions, updating, and development of course material and manage all academics, multiple advanced syllabi and supporting academic documents.
1. Knowledge of
principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and
instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training
effects.
2. Knowledge of
the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and
spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
3. Knowledge of
computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
4. Knowledge of
media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
5. Using logic and
reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or
approaches to training issues.
6. Selecting and
using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the
situation when learning or instructing.
