Operations Specialist (Quality/Risk/ISO)

  • Prepare, implement and oversee the requirements for the Client to achieve its ISO and other goals (ISO Certification standards:  9001, 55000, 41001, and non-certifiable 31000 (guidance for risk audits/risk management guidelines))


  • Set up system to ensure quality of service delivery to 137 sites spread between Riyadh and 130 Missions (countries).


  • Develop the Projects Quality Management Plan (QMP)


  • Maintain the Project’s Delivery Quality


  • Assess contractor implementation of service delivery requirements.


  • Implement best practices to prevent or mitigate issues throughout the Client estate.


This role is based in Riyadh, KSA and would typically report to the Support Office Manager or a Head of the Department


Key Accountabilities 


  • Responsible for setting the standards to assess compliance against the Quality Management Plan in the Project and assuring that these standards are met This includes validation through physical and virtual audit, reviews, monitoring of agreed KPIs and effective action management and follow up.


  • Oversight of the implementation of the Contractors' Quality Management System (QMS).


  • Ensure that all Contractors have a robust QMS.


  • Review and approve contractor Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) personnel.


  • Approve Contractor Quality Plan, Audit Plan, and special procedures.


  • Plan and execute regular audits on contractors


  • Overview of implementation of lessons learned and best practices.


  • Issue Non Conformance Notes (NCN) for any violation of the QMS requirements.


  • Prepare & publish monthly quality report or as may be requested by Client


  • Monitor Contractor`s performance and report findings


  • Drive continual improvement initiatives


  • Manage engagement and quality with all stake-holders


  • Facilitate Project Risk Management


  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis


  • Prepare and execute the Project Audit Plan


Specific Requirements 


  • Five (5) years of experience in facilities management operations.


  • Degree / Diploma qualified in an engineering or relevant subject


  • ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) and other valid qualifications as Lead Auditor: ISO 55001 (essential) and Lead or Internal Auditor for ISO 41001 (desirable), and ISO 31000


  • Six sigma – black belt certification is a preference


  • PMI – RMP certification is a preference

Your Opportunity  


(role) We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Centre of Excellence team with operational activities and projects related to Talent Management, Colleague Experience, Diversity and Inclusion (including Nationalisation), Leadership Development and Employee Wellbeing.  


(soft skills) The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 


(contract/location) This role is part of the finance team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.  


Key Accountabilities (Key elements of the job) 


  • Support the Talent and Colleague Experience team in all projects and deliverables. 
  • Support in preparation of reports and data analysis of Talent frameworks. 
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders for high potential programmes, including planning, reports, meeting invites, and programme monitoring. 
  • Coordination of the SME Graduate Programme ensuring top graduates are sourced from local and international universities, relevant screening processes used, appropriate induction plans in place, assist with programme design and success reviews. 
  • Coordinate and support the annual Colleague Engagement survey project plan to ensure successful rollout and completion 
  • Support in preparation of the annual wellbeing calendar, publishing across SME and ensure up take of events and initiatives through engaging communication plans 

Specific Requirements (What we are looking for in our candidates) 


  • Ideally a degree holder in Human Resources/ administration or any related discipline. 
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Bi) – proficient in word processing, developing presentations, reports and compiling documents into standard formats. 
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in HR/Admin background 
  • Advanced MS Office skills is essential as well as presentation abilities and MS Power Point skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and MS Excel skills 
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
