Job Summary: We are
seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the
performance of our team of technicians across the country. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing operations, monitoring performance,
and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operations of approximately 30 technicians,
ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on technicians' tasks to ensure
completion and quality.
- Track and assess the performance of technicians, providing
regular feedback and guidance.
- Evaluate technicians' technical skills and provide
recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and provide ongoing training to ensure technicians
stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Efficiently allocate resources and equipment to support
smooth operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry
standards.
- Handle client inquiries related to installation and
maintenance, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure necessary equipment and
tools are available.
- Address and resolve technical issues or operational
challenges promptly.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement incentive programs to recognize and reward
high-performing technicians.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
through team-building activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing
processes and implementing best practices.
- Focus on strategies to enhance overall team performance,
including regular evaluations and development plans.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management,
Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing installation and maintenance
operations, preferably in the fleet management industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of telematics and
tracking systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
RequirementsThe offered salary is between SR7,500 to SR12,000 according to his experience in operations and team management ability.
