Our client is a marketing communication group with regional and local expertise in all aspects of Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking.
They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh play a pivotal role in the delivery and execution of the upcoming events.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all onsite operations for the event to ensure smooth execution from setup to teardown.
- Manage logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules for equipment and materials needed for the event.
- Supervise installation processes to ensure all setups align with event specifications and timelines.
- Conduct testing of technical equipment and systems to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues prior to the event.
- Ensure security measures are implemented effectively to protect attendees, staff, and assets during the event.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff to maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
- Oversee hospitality services, ensuring that all guest needs are met and that service quality is maintained.
- Manage catering services, including menu selection, food delivery, and setup to ensure a positive dining experience for attendees.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Monitor event progress in real-time, addressing any operational challenges or changes that arise during the event.
- Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future operations and enhance overall event execution.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in event operations, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker, with fluency in English.
- Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple events concurrently.
- Expertise in vendor and stakeholder coordination for seamless event execution.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards for event operations.
