Manager.
Job
Summary
To oversee the day-to-day operations of Company stores, in
order to meet the ’s customer services quality standards, under the supervision
of Operations Executive Director.
Responsibilities
Sales &
Profit Management
- Work with the Operations Consultants to develop each stores’ annual budget and sales targets to ensure they align with Company overall goals and targets
- Analyze and evaluate weekly and monthly P/L statements information to determine alternative courses of action as required in order to translates Company financial goals into individual cafe plans Monitor and maintain all cost control centers for all cafés
Cafe Operations Management
- Working side by side with Operation
Consultant to ensure an efficient number of labors in each store to run the cafes
within full capacity
- Ensure the cleanness and maintenance
of equipment and facilities through the development and implementation of a
preventative maintenance program, and regular visits to the stores
- Ensure local health and safety codes,
as well as cafes safety and security policies are met
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality
food and guest experiences that exceed expectations
- Plan, identify, communicate and
delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to
ensure smooth flow of operations within their area
Reporting and Control
- Generate regular operational reports
to maintain control of all operations areas
People Management
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign
and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Operation
Department
- Plan, manage and review individual performance
and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking
prompt action where necessary
- Ensure Operations Department complies with organization
policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain organization high
standard of work and work ethic
- Participate in the identification and recruitment
of key talent for Operations
Requirements- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and
English (written and spoken)
- 15 years of related experience in cafe
operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
