#### *Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and coordinating various operational activities.
#### *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Administrative Support:*
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- *Project Coordination:*
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Track project progress and deadlines, and provide regular updates to the operations team.
- Assist in resource allocation and management for projects.
- *Inventory Management:*
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and ensure proper storage.
- *Vendor Relations:*
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with key vendors.
- *Process Improvement:*
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices.
- *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Prepare and distribute regular operational reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory compliance and audits.
#### *Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
