Job Description

Responsibilities

  • :Monitor and manage VDI infrastructure health and performance: Ensure the daily operation and availability of the system
  • .Perform routine maintenance tasks: Including system updates, patching, and backups
  • .Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues: Address technical problems promptly and effectively
  • .Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning: Including user profile management
  • .Optimize the VDI environment: For performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • .Ensure security and compliance: Make sure the environment meets security standards
  • .Collaborate with IT teams: To support end-users and business operations
  • .Provide on-call support: For the VDI infrastructure

Skills

Requirement

  • s:Strong understanding of virtualization technologies: Such as Horizon and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
  • s.Experience with desktop operating systems: Like Windows 1
  • 0.Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol
  • s.Proficiency in scripting languages: Such as PowerShell and Pytho
  • n.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: Ability to work independently with attention to detai
