Description


Oversee the daily operations of two facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between facilities.Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, IT, and facility management services, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Manage biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety across both locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.Reengineer processes and operational workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.Play a key role in the expansion of medical services, including the potential future management of a centralized call center.Collaborate with the centralized procurement team to support warehouse and inventory management across both clinics.Ensure effective communication and cooperation across departments, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.Monitor and report on operational performance to the MD, recommending improvements and driving implementation.Lead operational support for the opening of new facilities and expansion projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.




Profile


Saudi National - required.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of management experience in healthcare operations, with demonstrated experience in opening and managing medical facilities.Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing multiple facility operations.Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety protocols.Demonstrated ability to reengineer operational processes for better outcomes.Experience managing large-scale departments such as ICU in a tertiary care hospital is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
