Operational Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

To serve the systems on the selected sites as per the approved schedule in accordance with the operational performance, plans and guidelines of the company.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide team members in gathering data, undertake complex violations data and analysis
• Receive pre-accepted data from operations across all profiled and commissioned systems to enable review and accurate violation issuance
• monitor the WIM systems, review, submit and track maintenance order received - from operations to ensure system efficiency and accurate violation issuance
• Ensure system operation compliance to the safety and quality plans and criteria.
• Validate violations that have met the pre-acceptance criteria, ensuring to update profiled system status and asset registry
• Act as the second level validator for collected data, ensuring internal systems are updated with imported violations data
• Review each violation case and manually input the plate number for each of the violations
• Prepare and maintain MU system operational deployment schedule to ensure operations consistency and optimization.
• Create formal communication plan to client, team members and management.
• Monitor KPIs achievements.
• Coordinate with Digitization and Technology function to finalize violations’ validations with National Information Center (NIC)
• Prepare a periodic report with relevant information to related stakeholder
• Perform monitoring reports including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts
• Support related stakeholder with all violations’ objection investigations
• Identify required action based on provided data
• Highlight any corrupt data to operations and maintenance for review

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge & Experience 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial or Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
