Lead the Site Operational Excellence (OE) department focusing on Lean methodologies and process improvements.
Drive the implementation of the site OE strategy under the oversight of the Corporate Operational Excellence Department and in coordination with departments. The Strategy covers all site activities and initiatives in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost.
Support and guide the process improvement activities across all departments.
Establish OE targets/KPIs and expected annual savings from identified projects aligned with the different departments.
Drive the department to achieve its targets and provide periodic reports on progress towards achieving those goals.
Train employees in various process improvement/lean tools and processes.
Work closely with all departments to identify hidden losses, plan and implement key process improvement projects in all relevant areas such as reducing cost, improving productivity, reducing cycle times, enhancing processes, manpower optimization, etc.
Track downtime reporting and trends, analyze the data and plan/implement OEE & efficiency improvements.
Act as a change agent to systematically drive and implement changes following the change control protocol.
Reapply best practices and drive consistency across the departments.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and methodologies.
Diploma in Pharma or Industrial Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Lean Manufacturing, OE, TPM, or CI
Proficient in Lean tools such as: 5S, Kaizen, SMED, RCA, Kanban, VSM, etc.

Planning & Organizing Skills
Experience with SAP, MS-Office (Advanced), and familiarity with data analysis tools like PowerBI, PowerApps, etc. is preferred.
