Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the local business environment, capable of enhancing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans with defined KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the [industry] sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
