Job Title: Operations Manager


Location: Saudi Arabia


Working Hours: 9 hours per day


Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Arabic


Experience Requirement: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is essential


Job Summary:


The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the local business environment, capable of enhancing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving overall efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance.

  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans with defined KPIs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the [industry] sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required.
