Job Description

Location: Al-Ahsa, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5+ years.
Project Duration: 6 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 

We are seeking an experienced Operating Models Senior Consultant to support in the design, refinement, and implementation of comprehensive operating models for our clients. This role focuses on assisting senior consultants and project leaders by providing detailed analysis and recommendations related to the key components of operating models: Structure, Accountabilities, Governance, Processes, Technology, and People. You will work closely with stakeholders to align the operating model components with the client's strategic objectives, enabling improved efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure: Support in analyzing and defining organizational structures, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Assist in mapping out roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines to optimize organizational efficiency.


  • Accountabilities: Assist in the development of clear role definitions and accountability frameworks, ensuring clarity of decision-making authority and responsibility across functions.


  • Governance: Support in the creation of governance structures, including decision-making frameworks and escalation paths, ensuring effective oversight and management of operations.


  • Processes: Contribute to the evaluation and design of business processes that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support the strategic objectives of the organization.


  • Technology: Assist in assessing technology needs and the role of digital tools within the operating model. Help ensure that technology supports and enables business processes effectively.


  • People: Provide input into workforce planning, competency development, and talent management strategies to ensure that the right skills and capabilities are in place to support the operating model.
     


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in supporting the design and optimization of operating models or business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the key components of operating models: Structure, Accountabilities, Governance, Processes, Technology, and People.
  • Experience in conducting assessments and supporting the implementation of changes to organizational structures, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to assist in preparing client-facing materials and presentations.
