Overview:
Join our dynamic Oncology Business Unit as a Franchise Lead, where you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and operations of our GU franchise. This position offers you the opportunity to maximize market potential, drive business success, and make a significant impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:Inspire and develop a high-performing team, guiding the Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) and sales professionals to achieve strategic goals.
- Customer Engagement:Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders through field visits, driving insights to enhance our offerings.
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and commercial opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strategic Execution:Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs, ensuring successful implementation of the integrated business plan.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory and all relevant cross-functional teams to create a cohesive brand plan and ensure alignment across all functions.
- Agile and Digital Solutions:Lead the adoption of innovative, data-driven approaches to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management (Sales Manager or Brand manager experience) in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management within oncology market in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to ethical practices, customer focus, and team development.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
