Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for
·        Organize and conduct orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter)
·        Align with relevant stakeholders (facilities, HR, IT, line mangers) to ensure formalities are completed before new hires join
·        Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules, flight details and contract details) and gather candidate experience feedback post joining
·        Process employment paperwork including new hires files, 90 days plan and integration checklist and answer any queries raised by the employee
·        Coordinate relocation procedures for expats, pre-arrival meeting, and flight booking
·        Operate and execute induction session for new joiners and ensure awareness on STA values, culture and change initiatives to facilitate their integration
·        Operate and execute relevant trainings (pre-onboarding, online, classroom) depending on positions and candidates hired
·        Introduce new hires to STA employees and STA facilities and assist existing employees in case of internal transfers
·        Work closely with the Internal Communications to ensure timely and accurate welcome announcement of new hires
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
·      Recommended 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
·      A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or equivalent is preferred
